This simple 2x2 matrix is extremely powerful. The axes have to be chosen carefully and may need some iteration.
Here I modelled a product saleability against various markets with an indication for market size.
If desired the matrix can be expanded to 3x3 or even more if greater granularity is needed. But often 2x2 with the correct axes puts the analyst on the right track.
